| SERVICE CALLS | Service calls are billed at $60/hr. The 2nd and any additional hours may be billed in 1/2 hr increments. There will be a $20 trip charge for any trip over 25mi. | $60.00/hr |
| IF PARTS ARE NECESSARY | You can provide me with the parts needed, or I can find and order them for you. If I order the parts you will pay the cost of the part plus the cost of my time spent looking for the part- currently billed at $50/hr. | $50.00/hr if necessary |
| DIAGNOSIS | I will find the problem(s) and the estimated cost to fix the problem(s). Fee is waived if I perform the repairs. | $30.00 |

| COMPUTER CLEANUP | I will check for and fix registry errors, delete unused programs and files, defragment the hard drive, and vacuum inside computer case. | $75.00 |

| OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLATION | I will install Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 and bring it up to date. I can also install Linux or Mac operating systems, but offer no additional support for these. You must supply the installation disk and product key. | $80.00 |
| NEW COMPUTER SETUP | I will hook up computer and printer(if applicable), set up user accounts, install antivirus(yours or Microsoft Security Essentials), and install necessary updates. | avg. $75.00 |

| ANTIVIRUS INSTALLATION | I will remove your old antivirus program , install a new one, and run a preliminary scan. You can provide the disk and product key, or I can install a free antivirus program. | $30.00 if done in shop |
| MEMORY UPGRADE | I will install RAM to boost the performance of your computer. | $25.00 if done in shop |
| CLEAN OUT LAPTOP/ APPLY THERMAL PASTE | Over time your laptop fan pulls in dust & hair and gets clogged.(see photos on right) Once it is clogged the warm air cannot escape. If your laptop is getting very warm it likely needs cleaned out. While I am cleaning it I will apply thermal paste, which helps dissipate the heat. | $60 -in shop service only |
| WEBSITE CREATION AND MAINTENANCE | I will create and maintain your new website from a template, or I can take over duties updating your existing site. Pre-made template sites offer an affordable option for people who aren't yet sure if they need or want a website or for businesses just starting out. There are some nice looking templates out there geared towards just about every profession. | Sites from template= $175.00 plus hosting fees $20.00/hr for ongoing maintenance of all sites |
